Why I love my little pocket pets:

Gerbils are cute and furry; It is so much fun to watch them scurry,

In the fluff, out on the hut, under the shavings, and gnawing a nut.

Day or night, they scuttle to and fro, around endlessly on wheels 
they go.

Gerbils are fun little guys, who watch your every move with their 
button eyes.

They love their seeds and nuts, to take and sneak-eat in their little 
huts.

Who couldn't love something so charming, with cuteness so disarming?
