Hamster Pictures. These are pictures of my new teddy bear syrian hamster Fred. We adopted him from The American Gerbil Show Annual New England Gerbil Show on May 17, 2008. 6 weeks old. That would put his birthdate about March 27, 2008. He came from Janice of Holmden Hill Haven in Cleveland Ohio. His offical hamster color is Longhaired Umbrous Golden Banded. Janice told me that Fred has a rare bloodline that only 2 breeders in the country breeds them. Fred might temporary go back to Holmden Hill for stud to continue his line. I know he is gong to produce a wonderful coat. Just look at Janice's site.
